What’s in a name?
A lot, actually.
Iman means faith and is of Arabic origin. We believe faith is a fundamental element in effecting change. Iman is also the middle name of our founder's daughter.
Brooklyn Iman was diagnosed with alopecia universalis and is outwardly very different than most girls her age. Despite her differences she is bold, courageous and unreserved—she is exactly what we hope to inspire in leaders. These characteristics are also core to being a change agent and embracing an inclusive workplace culture.
